This structure encompasses 110,000 square feet at a cost of $18.9 million.

This building will house administrative offices, a 5,000-square feet exhibit area, weight training area, centralized sports medicine area, team meeting rooms, locker rooms and equipment storage.

Phase two of this project is the renovation of the 51,000-square feet Field House at a cost of $11.3 million. This make over will allow for more showers, women's locker room space and office space to help correct gender inequity and space issues.
